The hotel offers a free shuttle service to Taksim Square at any time (a HUGE benefit). My room included a comfortable Bedouin-style seating area with scatter cushions near the window.
There was only ONE english-speaking tv channel available.

I found a few issues that need attention. The minibar prices were not clearly displayed. I was surprised to discover I owed a substantial amount upon checkout. The water bottle cost twice the external price and chocolates eight times the price. The staff did not inform us about the minibar being chargeable. I had to pay 250€ when it should have cost a maximum of 80€.

The free shuttle service to Taksim Square was quite useful.
I found the area somewhat unsafe for walking at night. The hotel seemed to cater to patients from nearby hair transplant clinics. Breakfast was often filled with men sporting fresh bandages, a bit unsettling. I also requested twin beds, yet I ended up with a queen, and only after multiple requests, I finally received a foldable bed on my second night.

the reception staff were professional. mr serkan and mr cihan made my check-in and check-out seamless. the hotel provided a free shuttle service. it was a great convenience for getting around. the rooms are spacious and well-appointed.
The gym didn't have much equipment. Only one treadmill.

the hotel is next to a grocery shop. a local bakery is also nearby making it easy to grab essentials. markets and many restaurant choices are a short distance away.

the hotel provided a convenient 24/7 shuttle service to key locations. we had two rooms on the sixth floor. aktar, the bellboy, offered sincere assistance with directions and istanbul tips. gulsa, the cleaning lady, maintained immaculate rooms throughout our stay.
the pool required a five euro charge for a cap. the spa staff seemed unhelpful.
